Know Before You Go:
- No shuttle tickets are necessary to visit the Kolob Canyons. 
- This area of the park receives far fewer visitors than the main section of the park. 
- Choose this hike if you’re looking for more solitude. 
- This trail is the first leg of the Trans-Zion hike; it can be done as a long day-hike or as a leisurely two-day backpacking trip. 
- Book your campsite in advance; this can also be done as a long day-hike.
