Know Before You Go:

Expect weekend crowds, this spot is popular with hikers as well as climbers so arrive early to get a parking spot.
This trail can be combined with the Crooked River Trail to form a loop of the park.
If you choose to do the loop, going counter-clockwise (starting with Misery Ridge) is recommended.
Keep an eye out for rattlesnakes in the summer months.
On a clear day you’ll catch views of Mount Jefferson, Mount Bachelor and the Three Sisters from the top of the ridge.
