Know Before You Go:

• Follow the poles to help you stay on the trail in the sand; download your offline map before arriving as the poles can sometimes get buried and be hard to follow.

• We opted to do the sand portion barefoot! Stash you shoes in the edge of the tree line so you don’t have to carry them, retrieve when you loop back.

• The beach at the end of the trail is closed to dogs from March-September.

• Purchase your pass or day-use fee before arriving at the trailhead.
