• Also known as Ka'iwa Ridge, this is a stunning sunrise hike with no permit required.

• The trail is loved by locals and tourists.

• Stop by Lanikai Beach after your hike for a dip.

• Parking spots are extremely hard to come by; there is often a line of cars waiting to park. Be sure not to park in an illegal spot or in front of ‘no parking’ signs as they are enforced.

• The Pillbox was formerly an observation station during WWII.
