Know Before You Go:
This is one of the few California waterfalls that flows year-round.
This spot is extremely popular so expect crowds and long lines to enter the park on weekends and during the summer months - arriving early or late in the day is best.
Park in the Lake lot to avoid fighting for a spot and reach the falls via the Rim Trail instead.
Please be careful when climbing on the rocks around the base of the falls, they are usually wet and slippery from the spray.
Dogs are not allowed on the trail.
