Know Before You Go:

• Walk down the path along the highway to a bridge that overlooks Bird Creek.

• Be careful about going too close to the creek as the creek bank is extremely slippery.

• Stop by from July to September to witness an incredible run of Silver Salmon swimming upstream.

• This is an extremely popular fishing spot - but be sure you have the correct fishing license!

• Pay stations (credit card compatible) are in the parking lot; you can also skip the hassle to buy an annual Alaska State Parks Pass if you are in Alaska for an extended period of time.
