The McHugh Creek Trail provides great views of Turnagain Arm for the entire 8 mile hike on a clear day.
If you only have time for a quick stop here, park at the upper lot and walk to the creek.
Pay stations (credit card compatible) are in the parking lot; you can also skip the hassle to buy an annual Alaska State Parks Pass if you are in Alaska for an extended period of time.
